There is a very interesting case in the Idaho Repository- look for Civil Case, year 2008, case number 11412.
For the SEC site itself, search by company name, using Alternate Energy Holdings for the search.

Nice research! Love the photos. I want a "compensation" package just like Don and Jen's! No wonder the company has no money. Very nice blog.
ReplyDeleteI see that he says that he's an MIT graduate. I would like to see where it says that he is not.
ReplyDeleteThe media covered the NOT part in detail.
ReplyDeleteHere is the link to the TF News story as told by the reporter who was there:

We also have a document from MIT which also states he is not a graduate if you would like that...and we had it at the GF meeting where the doctor was taken away...which is why we asked the question. Hope that helped.
Actually, it is pretty easy. Call the MIT Registrar. Their number is easy to find on the net. They will tell you they have no one who has EVER been enrolled in ANY degreed program at MIT, or MIT's Sloan Business school by the name of Don or Donald Gillispie in the realm of 65 years old.
ReplyDeleteGillispie is so stupid he has never heard of a phone or the internet. He has been lying for a living so long that he thinks everyone simply believes this stuff. Anyone who buys this guy's stock deserves to lose their money. Natural selection, I guess. A fool and his money is soon parted.
Good blog - Someone suggested looking into AEHI, and after coming across your blog, I'll continue to do research before going any further!
