Pacer Today: SEC vs AEHI Litigation Plan Filed; Proposed Trial Start Dates June -July 2012

This just in from PACER today:
The parties have filed a "litigation plan" pursuant to an order issued on March 15, outlining several Key Milestones, indicating this will go on for a very long time- if it comes to trial at all, it won't be until June 1st at the earliest:

The "Pre-ADR  Discovery" date and the "ADR Conference" of July 8th are significant in that "ADR" means Alternative Dispute Resolution- mediation which could lead to some sort of a settlement.  Thus, the case could be settled as early as August 2011, but if it goes to trial, not until well after June, 2012.
The case has also been referred to US Magistrate Judge Ronald Bush:
