AEHI to Build Bogus Nuclear Powered Ski Lifts?

From the Platts website:

"US SEC charges AEHI with fraud in bogus nuclear plant project

New York (Platts)--17Dec2010/603 am EST/1103 GMT"

At this point, it really would come as no surprise to us that AEHI had also contemplated building a plant at Bogus Basin Ski Resort.
Unless Platts possibly, maybe, meant something else by the term "bogus"?
Wonder how that speaking engagement at the Platts Conference is looking now?
Wonder how long will it take Platts to remove Don from this speaker's list?
