AEHI Case Update: February 14th SEC Litigation Release

According to the SEC's Litigation Press Releases webpage, the SEC issued a press release on February 14th about the still-pending civil litigation against Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc:

That last sentence is very important: "The court has not ruled on the merits of the SEC's action.  The parties are engaged in pre-trial discovery with a trial date remaining to be set."

This is far from over, and will almost certainly get much more interesting before it gets boring again, apart from these brief lulls in activity.

    Wow the SEC issued a statement regurgitating a restriction that was already imposed on AEHI at the time the funds were unfrozen....sounds like they are grabbing at straws to me...as does this blog by the way...

    Geez, isn't anything going on? Is Don back to being the CEO? Jen the sometimes VP,is she back to her position? Hmmmmm......I'm having withdrawals........:-)
