The Idaho Statesman reports that a small Utah municipal community electric cooperative wants to build a "small commercial nuclear reactor" in Idaho, made by an outfit called "NuScale Technology," and that purportedly "NuScale's project requires less water than a traditional nuclear power plant," according to a DOE "principal deputy assistant," whatever that title means.
