"Energy Executive Consulting, LLC": AEHI CEO Don Gillispie's New, Improved Consulting Firm

Taking his stellar successes string of empty promises with Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc, to those in need of similar results excuses, CEO Don Gillispie has now formed "Energy Executive Consulting, LLC", a limited liability company operating out of AEHI's World Headquarters on Winding Creek Drive in Eagle, Idaho.

 Looks like a handy way for Don to earn some extra cash while still claiming he works without compensating compensation.  All he has to do is have his new "Energy Executive Consulting" obtain lucrative consulting contracts from any of the other myriad companies he owns or controls: (click links to see the Secretary of State's documents for the companies):

Alert readers will recognize the second (and now dissolved) company as a plaintiff (along with Don Gillispie) in the current civil lawsuit scheduled for a jury trial December 14th.

Speaking of  no-longer-existing companies, if Don is getting back into consulting, why not reopen the well-established Grace Glens Consulting firm?

And if he needs to raise funds, why not reopen and use the funding vehicle he and his daughter Taylor started in 2005, "IPO Assist, LLC":
