SEC vs. AEHI: Stipulation from February 3rd Show Cause Hearing

The proposed stipulation ordered by the Judge after the oral argument in the February 3rd hearing was filed today: (just a sampling of the pages from the link)

Why should they have to be told not to violate various securities laws?

  2. It seems this statement is important:

    VI
All other relief sought in the Order to Show Cause that is not specifically referenced in this stipulation and Order is denied.

  3. The relief sought in the "Order to Show Cause" is different than the relief sought in the original complaint. They are two separate documents.

  4. Your Dudeness, I would love to purchase a compilation (is this the right word? ) of all your blog with comments and all. When did it start? 2006, 2007? I haven't enjoyed such reading in a looooong time. And since I know personally one of the leading men it makes it all the better. Please be sure to announce when and where we will be able to purchase the saga. No thank you I do not want to print it out myself. A nice signed copy w/ the colorful pictures would be a treasure!! & a delight.

  5. The Dude started the blog in 2009, with a photo of Don's now (in)famous Maserati parked outside the Elmore County courthouse. The Dude was one of, if not the, first to suggest Don was a bit overcompensated(ing) for being the CEO of a company with zero revenue. Thanks for the compliment, glad you enjoy reading it- the Dude enjoys writing it.
Blog2Print is one way you may obtain a print copy, but much of the blog is lost without the links and some of the pictures. It is also a bit buggy and cannot compile the entire blog in one book.

  6. What is your position on wind energy Dude? Just curious.

  7. Actually, this blog is about a company that is a complete farce, and is not at all about sources of energy. The Dude has never criticized nuclear power itself in this blog, but rather has pointed out that AEHI is no more likely to build a nuclear power plant than it is to build a bridge to the moon. While the Dude is also not opposed to moon-bridges in principle, he would still ridicule any company proposing to do so if they were as inept at corporate governance as these clowns continue to prove themselves.
